1. Information We Collect
When you subscribe to and operate the Duo AI Vision EA, we dynamically collect strictly necessary data to provision the algorithmic license:
- Account Information: The active email address you supply during the Stripe checkout process for key delivery.
- MT5 Telemetry Data: Your discrete MetaTrader 5 account number(s), the terminal's broker name, and the account holder's name. This telemetry is transmitted during live WebRequest license verification explicitly for binding and fraud-audit purposes.
- Technical Identifiers: We temporarily log IP addresses, MAC-like hardware signatures, last-active pings, and the current EA version payload during authentication handshakes.
- Subscription Billing Tokens: Handled entirely by Stripe. We securely store your Stripe
Subscription IDto manage automatic license renewals natively via server webhook. We do NOT and CANNOT view, touch, or store your raw credit card arrays or CVVs. - AI Analysis Data (Third-Party): The EA continuously captures technical market data and visual chart representations to perform analysis. This data is transmitted directly to the third-party AI provider you configure in the EA settings using your own API key. Our proprietary servers absolutely DO NOT intercept, view, or retain any of your trading charts or analytical prompts.
2. How We Utilize Your Data
- License Lifecycle Automation: To cryptographically authenticate your identity upon EA initialization and map your active Stripe recurring subscription status perfectly to your MT5 account.
- Absolute Security & Anti-Piracy: We constantly run pattern recognition algorithms across our server to detect unauthorized license sharing, key propagation, or reverse-engineering attempts. We maintain a concise rolling log of your most recent 50 WebRequest pings per license key to trigger kill-switches if abused.
- Transactional Delivery: To blast your license keys, invoices, and mandatory quantitative version update alerts via priority email protocols.
- Customer Support Protocols: To accurately process any requested unbinding of MT5 accounts or billing cycle alterations.
3. Database Infrastructure & Retention
Your keys and telemetry are fortified within highly-available cloud infrastructure (Supabase running on AWS PostgreSQL clusters), employing military-grade AES encryption at rest and TLS/SSL in transit.
We retain your data actively for the duration of your Starter, Advanced, Pro, or Unlimited billing cycles, plus a buffer window of 12 months post-expiration specifically for potential chargeback arbitration with Stripe. Following this statute, personal vectors are permanently scrubbed or mathematically hashed beyond recovery upon explicit request.
4. Third-Party Edge Services
Our ecosystem relies on elite third-party processors. They process fragments of your data under their own independent, heavily vetted privacy policies:
- Stripe - Financial processing, subscription webhook routing, and recurring trial management.
- Supabase / AWS - PostgreSQL relational database hosting and Row-Level Security auth protocols.
- Vercel - Next.js frontend web application hosting and global CDN edge routing.
- Resend - Automated transactional email relaying.
5. Data Merchandising (We Don't Trade Your Data)
We adamantly do NOT harvest, sell, auction, or rent your personal contact or trading telemetry to third parties, brokerages, or marketing agencies.
We will solely execute data disclosures if legally cornered by a valid subpoena, court order, or binding government financial regulation.
6. International User Rights
Depending on your geographic jurisdiction (such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you reserve the sovereign right to:
- Demand a fully decrypted extraction map of the data arrays we hold regarding you.
- Force the correction or purging of inaccurate billing pointers.
- Obliterate your data (provided you do not currently owe an active subscription invoice).
