Refund Policy & Free Trial Terms

1. Software-as-a-Service Digital Delivery
Duo AI Vision EA is securely delivered digitally as an encrypted MQL5 executable file immediately upon successful authorization. Because this involves downloading and running an institutional-grade algorithmic model, we maintain a stringent refund policy strictly to prevent software piracy, decompilation, and "buy-copy-refund" abuse.
2. The 7-Day Risk-Free Trial (Starter Plan)
To ensure 100% transparency and fair validation, we offer every new customer an unconditional 7-Day Free Trial natively integrated into our Starter tier.
- During this 7-day window, you have unrestricted access to test Duo AI Vision on your live or demo MT5 accounts.
- You may log into your Stripe Subscription Portal or contact our support team to cancel the trial at any moment before the 7th day concludes.
- If canceled within the 7 days, your card will incur absolutely ZERO charges.
- This inherently replaces any standard dissatisfaction refunds, as you are strongly encouraged to test the system heavily for free before committing financially.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy for Direct Purchases & Renewals
Because the 7-Day Trial evaluates the product free of charge, all processed payments are considered final and strictly non-refundable. This applies unequivocally to:
- Auto-Renewals: (E.g., month 2 of your Starter plan, or year 2 of your Pro plan). You are solely responsible for canceling your recurring subscription prior to your billing cycle reset date. We do not issue partial or full refunds if you "forgot" to cancel.
- Advanced, Pro, & Unlimited Direct Buys: If you intentionally bypass the Starter Trial to immediately purchase an annual or unlimited license, you explicitly acknowledge waiving your right to a "evaluation refund."
- Trading Results: Financial markets are purely stochastic. We categorically do not issue refunds because you suffered market losses or felt you didn't profit enough.
- Third-Party API Issues: The Software relies on external AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). We do not issue refunds if your personal API key is revoked, rate-limited, or if the third-party provider experiences downtime, as this is entirely outside our control.
- Loss of access due to your MT5 account blowing up or your VPS shutting down.
4. Exception: Catastrophic Technical Failure
The singular exception to Section 3 is a documented, catastrophic incompatibility preventing the EA from successfully initializing on your MetaTrader 5 terminal, provided that:
- You have rigorously engaged our technical support team to troubleshoot the connection or VPS errors.
- Our engineers formally determine the algorithmic DLL or WebRequest systems simply cannot operate on your specific broker hardware.
- The determination is made within 14 days of your initial billing.
In this rare instance, we will override the policy and process a full manual refund via the Stripe dashboard.
5. Chargeback Fraud Defense (Important)
We log IP addresses, MT5 account numbers, hardware MAC IDs, and discrete server ping payloads dynamically. If you maliciously file a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuing bank (e.g., claiming "unauthorized transaction" while actively running the EA on your broker):
- We will automatically compile an extensive multi-page PDF dossier containing your authentication timestamps, broker logs, email correspondence, and acceptance of this exact webpage policy. This dossier will be instantly forwarded to Stripe and your bank to aggressively fight the dispute.
- Your EA license will trigger a "Kill Switch" instantly revoking access across all running charts.
- Your MT5 account numbers will be permanently blacklisted on our network.
6. Submitting a Cancellation
To safely stop any future billing, simply reach out to support@duoai-vision-ea.com or utilize the Stripe billing portal linked in your invoice emails. Cancellation requests are respected and processed instantly.
